Achint Srivastava is a Founder and technology leader in the applied AI space, focused on building tools that help software systems make reliable, intelligent decisions.

Achint studied at the University of Florida and went on to build a career at the intersection of AI research and product engineering, working with teams passionate about deploying AI at scale.

Achint co-founded Pi Labs alongside David Karam, developing an applied AI framework to evaluate and enhance AI applications, backed by Accel and later acquired by Microsoft in 2025.

Following the acquisition of Pi Labs by Microsoft, Achint joined Microsoft as a Vice President, where he continues to help AI companies build exceptional experiences by deploying cutting-edge research.

Pi Labs was acquired by Microsoft in 2025, and Achint now leads efforts within Microsoft Foundry on decision intelligence models designed to power next-generation agent workflows.
