Ahmed Eltom is Co-Founder and COO at Affinity Labs, a London-based AI-powered startup studio that co-founds software brands with content creators, turning audience influence into scalable technology businesses.

Ahmed holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and built a career spanning management consulting, growth strategy, and cleantech operations.

With roots in both engineering and business, Ahmed brings a rare blend of quantitative rigor and operational expertise, having worked across VC, startups, and global consulting environments.

Prior to Affinity Labs, Ahmed served as Chief of Staff at cleantech startup Allye, Strategy and Growth Manager at Amazon, Head of Growth at Unify, and spent six years as an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman.

Affinity Labs has launched four creator-led software brands, including Archives with over 75,000 users, and achieved 100% month-on-month portfolio revenue growth, backed by a $2M pre-seed round led by Fuel Ventures and Antler.
