Amit Gal-Or is Co-Founder and CEO of 42AI, a Tel Aviv company building a behavioral world model that predicts how people make decisions, including in situations they have never faced before.

Amit studied at New York University and has over a decade of experience building cross-border companies, with a background in AI. He also works with his father, Amir Gal-Or, on OMGene, a company that combines AI with behavioral genetics research.

Amit's core belief is that behavior is not deterministic but constantly probabilistic, shaped by underlying psychological tendencies that persist as circumstances change. He says 42AI's system does not need personally identifiable information, as the model never knows who the person is.

42AI came out of stealth in November 2026 after three years of development, with $62.5M in seed funding from its founders and Infinity Group. Amit co-leads the company with CTO and co-founder Ehud Ezra and chairman Amir Gal-Or.

42AI works with 10 large brokerages that use it to manage liquidity, margin requirements and hedging exposure, and its customer datasets now cover almost 30 million people. The company reports revenue above seven figures, and Amit says one brokerage gained about $30M through dynamic hedging.
