Brian Cullinan serves as Board Chair and Independent Director at CodeLogic, an enterprise software intelligence platform advancing automated application dependency analysis, bringing over 35 years of elite executive leadership to the company's governance.

Brian built a distinguished career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1997 to 2020, rising to serve as U.S. Board Chairman, Member of PwC's Global Board, and Southwest Region Managing Partner, advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic, financial, and operational initiatives.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Financial Accounting from Northeastern University, combining deep financial acumen with broad enterprise leadership experience.

At PwC, Brian served on the U.S. Board of Partners for eight years, including four years as Lead Director, and simultaneously held roles as West Region Assurance Leader and U.S. Entertainment, Media and Communications Assurance Leader.

Since joining CodeLogic's board in February 2021, Brian has helped guide the company through its Series A funding round of $16M led by Liquid Venture Partners, while also serving as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Movano, Inc.
