Calum Brannan is Co-Founder and CEO of Supa, a London-based AI-native platform that is modernising UK residential block management.
Calum is a serial founder who started youmeo.com in 2005 and CrowdControlHQ in 2009. In 2016 he founded Howsy, which grew into the UK's largest digital property manager and was sold to Dexters in 2022.
Calum built a Philippines-based operations and technology team at Howsy that grew to nearly 40 people. His approach at Supa is to keep trusted local firms and take the admin off their desks so managers can spend time inside buildings.
Supa raised a £21M seed round (equity and debt) co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, with participation from KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT. Calum leads the company alongside co-founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer Alexis Johnson.
Supa has acquired seven local managing agents and now oversees around 20,000 homes. Its revenue has grown more than 700% since its first two acquisitions in late 2025.
