Dooho Lee is Co-Founder and CTO at Nums AI, a Seoul-based startup building foundation models for structured data such as tables, graphs, and time series. He leads technology strategy and engineering for the company's flagship tabular model, Causilo.

Dooho earned a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at KAIST and is completing his master's there at the DataAI Lab. He previously co-founded WARD, a machine learning stock information service, and worked as a founding engineer and designer at Pensive.

Dooho published three first-author papers at top AI conferences such as ICML and KDD within 18 months of starting his master's program. His research covers graph and tabular machine learning, including transferable node representations and in-context learning on graphs.

Nums AI is led by CEO Jaemin Yoo, a Seoul National University professor, with Dooho and Minyong Cho as co-founders. The company has raised about $4.6M in pre-seed funding from investors including Stonebridge Ventures, SBVA, KT Investment, and Mirae Asset Venture Investment.

Nums AI was selected for the Korean government's TIPS R&D program, which brings an additional $600K in research funding. It is running data analytics projects with Korean companies such as InBody, targeting finance, healthcare, commerce, and manufacturing.
