Ehud Ezra

Ehud Ezra is Co-Founder and CTO of 42AI, a Tel Aviv startup building a Behavioral World Model that predicts human decisions for enterprises. He leads the technology behind a system that turns psychological tendencies into data a transformer-based model can use.
Ehud studied for a B.Sc. at Ben Gurion University and spent over a decade building and scaling software teams across Israel, the US, and Europe. He co-founded and served as CTO of diamond trading platform Rock & Trade, then led R&D at Vi, an AI fitness company, and served as CTO at proptech firm Homez.
Ehud argues that people's underlying tendencies persist even as circumstances change, so behavior is best modeled as probabilities. He says that in a world model, every individual is the world.
He is also Co-Founder and CTO of OMGene, an AI research company that combines genomics, behavioral science, and machine learning. He co-authored the 2026 research paper Decoding the Human Factor and presented OMGene's work on applying LLMs to genomic data at the Sheba Longevity Conference.
42AI emerged from stealth in November 2026 with $62.5M in seed funding. Its model already runs inside ten brokerages and spans nearly 30 million behavioral profiles.
