Eliott Hoffenberg

Eliott Hoffenberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vocca, an AI voice platform revolutionizing healthcare communication by automating patient calls, scheduling, and triage for medical and dental practices across the US and Europe.
Eliott studied at The London School of Economics and The Wharton School, building a strong foundation in finance and entrepreneurship before turning his focus to AI-driven healthcare solutions.
A serial entrepreneur with a passion for supporting emerging talent, Eliott previously co-founded Initiator VC (Olam Ventures), a fund dedicated to investing in and mentoring high-potential student founders at Europe's top universities.
At Vocca, Eliott has led the company from a hackathon-born AI medical receptionist concept to a venture-backed startup that has raised over $25M across a Seed round and a Series A led by Norrsken VC, with backing from Speedinvest, Firstminute Capital, FJ Labs, Kima Ventures, and Sequoia Scout.
Under Eliott's leadership, Vocca scaled from 2,000 to 15,000 practitioners across 1,500 practices in roughly one year, handling over one million patient interactions per month and resolving more than 80% of requests with no hold time and no human intervention.
