Elizabeth Cormier-May

Elizabeth Cormier-May is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mammogen, Inc., a female-led women's health diagnostics company developing RNA-powered molecular diagnostics for early breast cancer detection at the intersection of AI, diagnostics, and life sciences.
Elizabeth began her career as a medicinal chemist specializing in early discovery oncology at the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research, then built her commercial expertise at Myriad Genetics, Qiagen, Predictive Biosciences, and Exosome Diagnostics, where she served as VP and Head of Commercial Diagnostics.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in organic chemistry from Wheaton College and attended Northeastern University's chemical biology program; she was named Biotechnology CEO of the Year in the 2021 Global Corporate Excellence Awards by Business Worldwide Magazine.
Beyond Mammogen, Elizabeth is Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Dragonfly Data Ventures, and serves as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at IV BioHoldings, the bio-innovation studio that houses Mammogen alongside two sibling companies.
Mammogen achieved CLIA validation of its genTRU-breast assay, the world's first early-detection blood test targeting Stage I breast cancer diagnosis, and secured a $30M Series A in 2026 backed by a major U.S. public retirement system.
