Estelle Bailey-Babenzien

Estelle Bailey-Babenzien is a British-born, Brooklyn-based creative director and Co-Founder of NOAH Clothing, the culturally influential American menswear brand she built alongside her husband Brendon Babenzien.
Born in the UK and of half-Ghanaian descent, Estelle graduated with a BA in Fashion from Central Saint Martins in London before moving to New York in 1999, where she worked in creative direction across music and fashion, including roles at Virgin Records with artists like Mark Ronson and D'Angelo.
Estelle is the creative force behind every NOAH retail environment, pioneering a living-room storefront concept that transforms each location into a layered, community-centered space adorned with works by emerging artists, music, and books.
Alongside her role at NOAH, Estelle founded Dream Awake Inc. in 2009, a full-service interior architecture and experiential design studio whose high-profile clients have included actor Adrian Grenier and the J.Crew mens concept shop on Bowery.
Since its 2015 relaunch, NOAH has grown to five global retail locations across New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Osaka, and Seoul, with Estelle personally designing every store interior and driving the brand's ethos of sustainability, community, and social conscience.
