Fayez El-Far is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Algebra AI, a Dubai-based AI transformation company helping GCC mid-market businesses design, deploy, and operate AI-powered workflows tailored to their operational needs.

Fayez holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa (graduating with High Honors, 9.5/10 GPA) and a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from the University of Arkansas, building a deep technical foundation before a 20-year career in software engineering and technology leadership.

A self-described technologist, mentor, leader, and investor, Fayez has a proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex technology systems across multiple industries and geographies.

Prior to Algebra AI, Fayez served as GM and VP of Technology and Product at HUMAIN, CTO at SCAI, and VP of Engineering at Altana Technologies and NYDIG, accumulating broad expertise in AI, fintech, and enterprise software.

Algebra AI launched in 2026 with $7M in seed funding from BECO Capital, Infinity Constellation, Silicon Badia, and Waseel Investments, and is already live with clients across financial services, F&B, and manufacturing sectors across the GCC.
