Hemanth Sarabu

Hemanth Sarabu is Co-Founder and CEO of One Robot, a Y Combinator W26 startup building world models for robot evaluation and training in San Francisco.
Hemanth earned a Master's in Computational Science at Georgia Tech and built robot learning and perception systems at Industrial Next, Symbio Robotics, NASA JPL and Google. He also built vehicle simulations at McLaren.
Hemanth bootstrapped the geospatial AI company Crescer AI to profitability and authored a paper on SpatialDINO, a self-supervised 3D vision transformer.
One Robot is backed by Y Combinator and Accel, with reported funding of about $500K. He co-founded it with Elton Shon after the pair saw that evaluating a robot policy was taking longer than training it.
One Robot is building an evaluation layer that helps teams understand policy failure modes before they reach production. Its simulation environments aim to replace slow, repetitive physical robot testing.
