Hugo Micheron is Co-Founder and CEO of Arlequin AI, a Paris-based deep-tech company building sovereign, unsupervised AI models for large-scale data analysis and critical decision-making.

Hugo holds a Doctorate from the Ecole Normale Superieure and conducted research at Princeton University, and is an Associate Professor at Sciences Po Paris where he leads the program on AI, Democracy, and the Information Environment.

A globally recognised specialist in jihadism and geopolitical instability, Hugo authored two acclaimed books published by Gallimard, with his second winning the Prix Femina essai, and channelled his expertise in understanding complex human networks directly into Arlequin's founding vision.

Prior to Arlequin, Hugo was affiliated with the Program on Extremism at George Washington University, Sciences Po, and Princeton, bringing rare interdisciplinary depth spanning political science, data intelligence, and AI to his entrepreneurial journey.

Arlequin AI has raised a total of 32.4 million euros across a Seed and Series A round, serves over 30 clients across four European countries, and is expanding into Germany and the UK to advance Europe's AI sovereignty.
