Isa Usmanov is the Founder of Raven (also known as Sintem), a Y Combinator Fall 2026 company building an agentic phone that does your busywork.

Isa is a Technical University of Munich graduate who previously founded droov, a restaurant commerce platform with $3.4M+ GMV and 32K+ users, and Reinio, a laundry delivery app sold to Munich's largest laundromat chain. His background includes time at Amazon, Allianz and SAP.

Originally from Chechnya, Isa competed in about 90 national and international Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission wrestling events. He believes the real measure of a technology's value is how much of our time it frees.

Isa won OpenAI's Voice Hack Night at their San Francisco HQ in May 2026 by building a voice-first agentic OS for phones, and then joined Y Combinator's F26 batch. He also co-founded an ed-tech SaaS with $1.1M+ ARR.

Raven is starting with agentic phones for employees, putting 100 agents in your pocket to work across email, calendar and the web. The company reports its first orders are already shipping.
