Jack Naimer

Jack Naimer is Co-Founder of Axiomat, a Y Combinator F26 company building a data layer that formally verifies AI agent answers about a company's data.
Jack studied Engineering Science at the University of Toronto and went on to a master's in Computer Science at EPFL in Switzerland. He did AI research in the WangLab at University Health Network under Dr. Bo Wang, focused on genomic foundation model interpretability.
Jack is a core contributor to BioReason and BioReason-Pro, research that bridges foundation models and LLMs for step-by-step biological reasoning. Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, guitar, and tennis.
Jack co-founded Axiomat with Ethan Kharitonov and Elad Perlman, and the team brings research experience in AI, LLMs, and formal methods from EPFL, the University of Toronto, and Georgia Tech. Axiomat is backed by Y Combinator.
Axiomat aims to make AI answers correct 100% of the time rather than 99.9%, using mathematical guarantees so teams can trust agents without manual checking. Jack's BioReason work was published as a NeurIPS 2025 poster and has been cited by other researchers.
