John Holliman

John Holliman is the CTO and co-founder at Voyager, a YC F26-backed AI creative platform built for video, motion graphics, and brand-aligned content production, based in New York City.
John holds both an MEng and SB from MIT, and was employee number one at Dover, the AI recruiting startup backed by YC, Founders Fund, and Tiger Global, where he rose to become CTO.
Prior to Dover, John worked on infrastructure scaling at Expanse, a cybersecurity startup that was acquired by Palo Alto Networks, giving him deep experience in scaling technical systems at high-growth companies.
John co-founded Moda, an AI design agent that raised $7.5M in seed funding from General Catalyst, Pear VC, WndrCo, and the founder of Dropbox, before evolving the platform into Voyager under YC's F26 batch.
Moda achieved a viral product launch and grew to 100k+ users, establishing a strong foundation for Voyager's expansion into AI-powered creative tools for video, motion graphics, and professional content workflows.
