Jordan Wallach is Co-Founder and CEO at Belfry, building the operating system for security guard services companies to manage scheduling, payroll, compliance, and field operations.

Jordan studied at Stanford University and worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Program Manager at Microsoft before founding Belfry in 2022.

Jordan spent hundreds of hours speaking with security company owners and operations managers across the country to identify operational pain points before building Belfry. He previously led the Bing Sports engineering team at Microsoft, covering millions of queries daily.

Belfry raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Base10 Partners in January 2025, bringing total financing to $20 million. The company serves security guard services companies across the United States, helping them reduce payroll processing time from days to hours.

Belfry serves the $50 billion U.S. security guard services industry with approximately 8,000 businesses employing over one million officers. Customers have cut overtime in half and reduced payroll processing from 4 days to 2 hours.
