Joseph Rehmann is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Victory Group (Victory Farms), East Africa's fastest-growing aquaculture platform producing and distributing Nile tilapia across Kenya and Rwanda.

Born in Egypt and educated at the University of Notre Dame and INSEAD, Joseph spent five years in investment banking and private equity before serving as CFO of Tropo Farms in Ghana, where he discovered his passion for sustainable aquaculture.

Joseph is driven by a mission to make high-nutrition protein affordable for the mass African market while building one of the world's first truly regenerative aquaculture operations, targeting carbon-negative status.

He co-founded Victory Farms in 2015 alongside Steve Moran, rebuilding the fish value chain from scratch and raising over $58M in total funding, including a $35M Series B led by Creadev and a $15M follow-on from AgDevCo.

Victory Group now produces over 10,000 tonnes of tilapia annually, operates 80+ branches across East Africa, has generated over 10,000 jobs, and achieved a 25% reduction in carbon emissions between 2020 and 2021.
