Kishore Poreddy is Co-Founder at Fission Labs, a software product development and services company delivering high-end, scalable cloud applications and data analytics solutions to clients worldwide.

Kishore honed his engineering expertise at Applied Biosystems, where he led UI development for the award-winning StepOne genetic analysis platform, and at Sygate Technologies, whose flagship enterprise security product was later acquired by Symantec.

A serial entrepreneur, Kishore co-founded Gongoora Inc. in 2006 before launching Fission Labs in 2008, demonstrating a consistent drive to build high-performance engineering teams and scalable technology solutions.

Kishore also served as Head of Peel India after Silicon Valley-based Peel acquired Fission Labs' Cloud R&D division, leading a team focused on cloud scalability for a platform whose user base was doubling every nine months.

Under his co-founding leadership, Fission Labs has grown to 200+ engineers, delivered over 1,500 solutions for 100+ global clients, and built a reputation spanning AI/ML, cloud engineering, and big data across industries including finance, healthcare, and retail.
