Lodo believes the next era of software belongs to AI-native systems that learn and evolve with each customer, replacing static SaaS tools with adaptive operating platforms.

At Trellis, Lodo is building an AI-native operating system for hospitality that learns how each operator runs, then constructs the workflows and interfaces needed to execute their business autonomously.

Within just two months of launch, Trellis reached $500K ARR across 35 customers and 3,000 listings, growing approximately 15% week over week with one customer already running day-to-day operations with no human involvement.
