Marty Keiser

Marty Keiser is the Founder and Chairman of Mammogen, a female-led biotechnology company pioneering RNA-powered molecular diagnostics for early breast cancer detection, and Founder and CEO of parent company IV BioHoldings (IVBH).
Marty holds a BS in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University and transitioned from a career in finance, including a Director role at Legg Mason from 2008 to 2015, before entering the biotech space.
A self-described imagineer, Marty built IVBH as a bio-innovation studio to conceive, create, and scale first-in-category liquid biopsy companies, driven by a conviction that early detection saves lives.
Since founding IVBH in 2018, Marty has launched three biotech subsidiaries targeting lung cancer (LiquidLung), metabolic disease (HepGene), and women's health (Mammogen), establishing a vertically integrated early detection ecosystem.
Mammogen recently secured a $30M Series A led by a major U.S. public retirement system and achieved CLIA validation of its genTRU-breast assay, the world's first blood test to detect Stage I breast cancer.
