Maya Nayyar is Founder and CEO of Frontrunner, a Y Combinator Fall 2026 company building an agent platform that lets go-to-market teams research accounts, find prospects, run campaigns and update the CRM.

Maya studied Economics at Columbia University and started her career as an Associate at Bank of America in New York. She then moved to London in 2023 to join Encord's growth team and later became Head of Growth at Console.

At Console, Maya built and led a 10 person team spanning GTM engineering, demand gen, content, events, product marketing and outbound. She co-founded Frontrunner with Carl Bager, her former colleague from the Encord GTM team.

Maya was Growth Lead at Encord (YC W21) and Head of Growth at Console, scaling go-to-market for AI infrastructure companies. Together with Carl, she built GTM systems that supported hundreds of millions of dollars in pipeline.

Frontrunner launched publicly as Cursor for GTM, an opinionated harness for revenue teams that goes beyond general purpose AI tools. An early customer reported booking more meetings with it than with their first GTM hire.
