Mike Cagney is Co-Founder and CEO of Navra, an AI-native fintech platform bridging traditional finance and blockchain-based DeFi markets, headquartered in Las Vegas.

Mike earned a degree in Applied Economics from UC Santa Cruz, completed a Sloan Fellowship at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and built his career at Wells Fargo before founding wealth management software firm Finaplex and macro hedge fund Cabezon Investment Group.

A serial fintech entrepreneur, Mike has co-founded two publicly traded companies and is widely recognized for pioneering blockchain adoption in lending and capital markets.

Mike co-founded SoFi in 2011, scaling it into a multi-billion-dollar consumer finance platform, then co-founded Figure Technology Solutions in 2018, which became the first company to put consumer loans on blockchain and went public on Nasdaq in 2025.

Navra closed an oversubscribed $19M Series A led by Ribbit Capital in October 2026, targeting the $6 trillion asset-based finance market by solving user experience, keyless custody and enterprise control for DeFi adoption.
