Mike Piechna is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Guava, a voice agent API built to bring reliable voice AI to regulated markets.

Mike studied at the University of Kansas and spent over 15 years leading revenue and go-to-market strategy at early-stage companies including Medely, Future Family and Gridspace. He guided two businesses through successful acquisitions, including Brighter's acquisition by Cigna.

Mike specializes in building scalable growth engines that lift conversion and revenue. He co-founded Guava because voice agents were plagued by hallucinations and rarely moved from pilot to production.

He rose from VP of Sales & Marketing to CRO at Future Family, then served as CRO at Gridspace before co-founding Guava in 2026. Guava raised a $12.5M seed round led by Acrew Capital.

Guava's Daytona model is used by more than a dozen enterprise customers to power tens of thousands of calls per day. Its models are trained on over 10 billion minutes of live conversations from regulated call centers.
