Nuo Shi

Nuo Shi is Co-Founder and COO of Dataline, a decentralized data network that gives AI agents reliable, verified data they can pay for per call.
Nuo earned a degree in natural sciences from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Oxford. She worked as an investor at SAIC Capital in Silicon Valley and served as a Director at the student-led Oxford Seed Fund.
Dataline grew out of the team's own experience building AI agents, which showed them that clean, reliable data is the lifeblood of AI. The company was founded in 2025 after winning the BNB Chain AI Hackathon.
Dataline raised a $10.6M seed round co-led by Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital, with Coinbase Ventures, Symbolic Capital, Anagram and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev participating. The round closed in April as a SAFE with a token warrant.
Dataline has powered 19.4 million onchain transactions with a 96.4% agent task success rate and built a community of more than 300,000 people. Its live network covers around 50 onchain and offchain data sources, and a public token sale on Base via Uniswap is planned.
