Ribin Mathew is Co-Founder and CEO of ANSCER Robotics, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech company building AI-native autonomous mobile robots for factory and warehouse automation.

Ribin holds a B.Tech in Mechatronics from Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre and honed his expertise as a Robotics Engineer at Just Robotics and Addverb before co-founding ANSCER in 2020.

Ribin envisions a new era of industrial automation where machines understand context, learn from operations, and work alongside enterprise intelligence rather than simply following instructions.

Under his leadership, ANSCER has raised a Series A round of $5.4M led by IAN Alpha Fund with participation from Info Edge, following a $2M seed round, and has secured partnerships with leading industry names across India, the US, Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia.

ANSCER has deployed AMRs at 15 enterprise customers across the US, India, Singapore, and Japan, operates a 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility capable of producing over 1,000 robots annually, and has grown to a team of 71 employees.
