Rodion Shishkov is Co-Founder and CEO of All3, a London-based AI and robotics company reimagining construction through a fully vertically integrated platform spanning AI design software, robotic factories, and autonomous on-site assembly robots.

A Russian-born Israeli-British entrepreneur, Rodion studied Marketing at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and began his entrepreneurial journey at age 19, building experience across retail, telecoms, real estate, and IT.

Rodion previously co-founded Samokat, which became Russia's largest rapid grocery delivery platform and sold for $1.5 billion within five years, and also founded TRA Robotics, a microfactory automation company later acquired by EV manufacturer Arrival.

As a former VP of Innovations at Yota and Deputy CEO at Russian Post, Rodion led the development of new digital services before turning his focus to deep tech and construction robotics with All3.

All3 has raised $25 million in seed funding led by RTP Global, processed over 100,000 square meters of residential projects through its AI design platform, and is deploying its Mantis autonomous robot fleet across commercial construction sites in Germany.
