Roman Hapachylo is the Chief Executive Officer of DoD Solution, an Estonian-Ukrainian defense technology startup developing AI-powered autonomy systems for unmanned drone platforms.

Roman holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Lviv University and built over 20 years of experience in service IT, most recently serving as VP of Talent Management at Intellias for 7 years, where he was recognized among Forbes Ukraine's most effective HR leaders in 2025.

Driven by a mission-critical conviction that Ukraine must develop its own defense technologies to survive, Roman left a senior corporate career to lead a defense startup at the frontier of autonomous warfare.

At DoD Solution, Roman has led the company to close a $2.1M pre-seed round, forge strategic partnerships with Lantronix and United Unmanned Systems, and attract investment from Network.VC Defense and Angel One Fund.

Under Roman's leadership, DoD Solution's flagship AURA AI platform has been integrated across strike drone platforms with over 10,000 units delivered, enabling autonomous navigation and targeting in GPS-denied and communication-degraded environments.
