Sean Cantwell is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm that invests in high-growth, founder-owned technology businesses. He focuses primarily on software and tech-enabled services investments.

Sean earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and MBA from Harvard Business School. Before co-founding Volition Capital in 2010, he was a Vice President at Fidelity Ventures and worked at Summit Partners, Arthur Andersen, and The Parthenon Group.
