Subhash Chandra Acharya is the Co-Founder, MD and CEO of Seeds Fincap Private Limited, a Gurugram-based RBI-registered NBFC delivering collateral-free credit to underserved MSMEs and nano enterprises across India.

Subhash holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur and a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, bringing over 12 years of deep financial services expertise.

With a career spanning Satya Microcapital, SV Credit Line, Satin Creditcare, and SKS Microfinance, Subhash identified a persistent credit gap for small businesses and co-founded Seeds Fincap to bridge it with a cash-flow-based underwriting model.

Seeds Fincap has raised over Rs 100 crore in a Series B round led by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, with prior backing from Lok Capital, Z47, Norinchukin Capital, and Alteria Capital, validating its differentiated MSME lending approach.

Seeds Fincap has grown to 164 branches serving over 70,000 active members across 8 states, offering loans from Rs 50,000 to Rs 10 lakh and targeting India's estimated Rs 30 trillion MSME credit gap.
