Surendra Mallampati is Co-Founder and CTO at Fission Labs, a software and product development company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, where he drives engineering strategy and digital transformation across AI/ML, cloud, and data verticals.

Surendra earned his degree from Andhra University and built over two decades of engineering leadership experience, including roles as a Software Engineering Lead, Principal Software Engineer, and Manager of Technical Architecture at Accenture.

Leveraging 20-plus years of industry expertise, Surendra has championed digital transformation across technology verticals including AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud solutions, guiding Fission Labs to serve clients worldwide with agile, scalable methodologies.

In addition to Fission Labs, Surendra co-founded Cloud Peritus in 2020, a boutique Salesforce consulting firm based in San Ramon, California, focused on enabling digital transformation for clients in sectors such as investment banking, private equity, and health sciences.

Fission Labs has grown to a team of 250 to 500 seasoned engineers delivering end-to-end product development, cloud engineering, big data analytics, DevOps, and AI/ML solutions to businesses globally.
