Tal Ofer Regev is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Pluto Security, the world's first AI Workspace Security Platform giving enterprises full visibility, governance, and automated enforcement across AI tools, agents, and the broader AI supply chain.

Tal served as VP of R&D at Palo Alto Networks, where he managed a team of over 150 people and led Cloud Application Security following the Bridgecrew acquisition, and previously held engineering leadership roles at WalkMe.

Tal holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management and brings a strong technical foundation developed during his service in an IDF intelligence technology unit.

At Pluto Security, Tal co-founded the company alongside CEO Shahar Bahat and CTO Gil Maman in 2025, raising $42M across a seed round led by TLV Partners and a Series A led by Jump Capital.

In under a year of commercial operations, Pluto has secured over 1 million endpoints globally, achieved multi-million-dollar ARR, and serves over 40 enterprise customers including Oscar Health, Workato, Sixt, AlphaSense, and Fortune 500 organizations.
