Till Wagner is Co-Founder and COO of Lio (formerly askLio), an AI-powered procurement platform that automates enterprise purchasing workflows using agentic AI. The company is Y Combinator S23 backed and based in New York.

Till holds a Master's degree in Management and Digital Technologies from Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich and was a recipient of the prestigious German National Academic Foundation scholarship. He previously worked at SAP, Deloitte, and AI startups including Mindpalace and loyee.io.

Till's inspiration for Lio came from his frustrating experience at SAP trying to buy equipment for his successor, which led him to create procurement solutions that people can actually understand. He gained operational and analytical experience working on projects for Deloitte's biggest German client.

Lio raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz in March 2026, bringing total funding to $33 million. The company serves dozens of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies including Munich Re, Brose, and Novozymes.

Lio's AI agents have managed billions of dollars in enterprise spend and helped customers automate 75% of previously outsourced procurement work within six months. The platform has grown to 80 employees and operates across New York and international markets.
