Víctor Montero Burgos is Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and COO of B2Space, a pioneering European aerospace company specializing in high-altitude stratospheric operations and low-cost access to Low Earth Orbit for small and microsatellites.

Víctor studied at the Universidad de Sevilla and went on to co-found B2Space in 2016 alongside fellow aerospace engineers, driven by a shared vision to democratize access to space.

Víctor has championed a B2B model built on flexible, fast, and cost-effective stratospheric solutions, positioning B2Space as Europe's most active operator of balloon and HAPS platforms with over nine years of operational experience.

Under his leadership, B2Space has secured strategic partnerships with Airbus and CATEC, obtained operating licenses in the UK, France, and Spain, and conducted operations in Saudi Arabia and Australia, while raising over $1.8M in grants and a Series A round.

B2Space has completed over 30 launches, serves clients including ESA, Virgin Orbit, and Indra, and has reduced launch costs by more than 60% compared to traditional LEO alternatives, cementing its status as a European leader in near-space innovation.
