Vikram Chopra

Vikram Chopra is Co-Founder and CEO at Cars24, a leading online marketplace for pre-owned vehicles that became a unicorn in 2020 and is valued at $3.23 billion. He previously co-founded FabFurnish, an online furniture retailer, which taught him valuable lessons about supply chain and market adaptation.
Vikram earned a dual degree (BTech and MTech) in Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and as an Investment Analyst at Sequoia Capital before entering entrepreneurship.
Vikram launched Cars24 in 2015 after personally experiencing the inefficiencies of selling a used car in India. Under his leadership, Cars24 expanded internationally to UAE, Australia, and Thailand, becoming India's first auto-tech export brand.
Cars24 has raised over $1.08 billion in total funding from investors including SoftBank Vision Fund, DST Global, and Alpha Wave Global. The company achieved unicorn status in 2020 with a $200 million Series E funding round led by DST Global.
Cars24 operates in over 200 cities across India and multiple international markets with more than 4,600 employees. The company has processed over 400,000 transactions and generates approximately $930 million in annual revenue, transforming India's used car market with technology-driven solutions.
