Xiang Pan is Co-Founder and CTO at Menos AI, an AI-native fintech platform delivering intelligent agentic workforces for institutional investors including hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.

Xiang earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Nanjing University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Northwestern University, where his research focused on web security, web privacy, and Android security.

With deep expertise in cybersecurity and machine learning, Xiang brings a rare combination of academic research credentials and large-scale engineering experience to the intersection of AI and financial technology.

Prior to co-founding Menos AI in 2024, Xiang spent over seven years at Google, rising to Staff Software Engineer and building expertise in large-scale systems and AI-driven infrastructure.

Menos AI has raised over $10 million in total funding, with its flagship product Sonar enabling institutional investors to automate complex workflows such as investment research, risk management, and portfolio management up to three times faster than building from scratch.
