Young Kim is Co-Founder and CTO at Melius, the first agents lab for creative work, where teams of AI agents handle end-to-end production of images, video, and audio for creative teams.

Young studied Computer Science at Cornell University, worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook, and later co-founded Venue, a Sequoia-backed procurement automation startup that was acquired by Ramp in 2023.

After the Venue acquisition, Young served as Director of Engineering at Ramp, scaling the procure-to-pay engineering org from roughly 10 to 45 engineers before co-founding Melius.

At Melius, Young leads all engineering efforts and has helped the company raise $25M in total funding, including a $20M Series A led by CRV and a $5M seed round led by General Catalyst.

Melius crossed a seven-figure annualized run rate in under three months after emerging from stealth in July 2026, with thousands of creative teams now building brand assets on the platform daily.
