LAT Aerospace is building next-generation Short Take-Off and Landing (STOL) aircraft with hybrid-electric propulsion designed to operate from compact air-stops rather than conventional airports. The company is developing autonomous 8-seater aircraft and gas turbine engines to create a dense network of high-frequency, low-cost regional flights connecting underserved Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India. LAT has also acquired defense robotics startup Sharang Shakti to build indigenous defense capabilities alongside its civil aviation platform.
