Signadori Bio is a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a next-generation, off-the-shelf, in vivo engineered monocyte immunotherapy platform to treat solid tumours. Founded by Prof. Nathalie Chaput-Gras and Dr. Jean-Luc Perfettini and spun out of Gustave Roussy, the company engineers monocytes in vivo to express P21 (CDKN1A), a master regulator of myeloid anti-tumour activity, overcoming the immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment. Backed by Sofinnova Partners, Invivo Partners, and Taiho Ventures, Signadori Bio is advancing its lead programme SiB-2101 toward lead candidate nomination and GMP-compliant manufacturing.
