Jason Norris is Co-Founder and CTO of Persona, a Seattle-based social video app where users answer prompted questions to capture and share meaningful life moments using AI-curated highlight reels.

A serial entrepreneur and full stack developer based in Seattle, Jason co-founded EdgeRank Checker in 2011, a pioneering Facebook analytics platform acquired by Socialbakers in 2014, before going on to co-found Dolly, an on-demand moving and delivery marketplace, in 2014.

Jason brings deep expertise in building scalable consumer platforms, having architected systems serving hundreds of clients across social analytics, on-demand logistics, and social media verticals over two decades.

At Dolly, Jason served as Co-Founder and Senior Software Architect for five years, helping grow the platform to 45 U.S. cities and partnerships with major retailers like Costco and Lowe's before its acquisition by Updater; he then co-founded Persona in 2020 alongside fellow Dolly alumni.

Jason's ventures have achieved two successful acquisitions: EdgeRank Checker by Socialbakers and Dolly by Updater, with Dolly raising $17M and serving customers across 45 cities nationwide before later joining the Taskrabbit network.
